# Terms of Use **Last updated: 24 July 2026** **Effective date: 24 July 2026** These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and **BEİVORS BİLİŞİM YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ** ("Beivors", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company incorporated in Türkiye, governing your use of the **Ghostegro** mobile application and any related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using Ghostegro, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. **If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.** If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked to give explicit consent to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy before you begin using the Service. Questions about these Terms: **info@beivorstech.com** --- ## 1. Important notice about Instagram **Ghostegro is an independent analytics tool. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.** "Instagram" and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here for identification purposes only. Ghostegro does not sell followers, likes, views or engagement, and does not provide any access to accounts other than your own. Your use of Instagram remains governed by Instagram's own Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and you are responsible for complying with them. Instagram may at its sole discretion restrict, rate-limit, challenge or suspend accounts that use third-party tools. **You use Ghostegro with your Instagram account at your own risk, and Beivors is not responsible for any action Instagram takes against your account.** --- ## 2. Eligibility You must be at least **16 years old** to use the Service. By using Ghostegro you represent that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your country of residence. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will close the account and delete the associated data. --- ## 3. What the Service does Ghostegro analyses publicly available Instagram data and, where you choose to connect your own account, your own follower and following lists. Depending on the features you use, the Service may show you: - accounts that have unfollowed you, - accounts you follow that do not follow you back, - followers who do not interact with your content, - changes to your follower and following counts over time, - publicly available profile information for a username you enter. **Accuracy.** All data shown by Ghostegro is derived from Instagram and is only as accurate, complete and current as what Instagram makes available at the moment of retrieval. Results may be delayed, partial or occasionally incorrect, particularly for large accounts, private accounts, or where Instagram applies rate limits. Ghostegro is provided for informational purposes only, and no result should be treated as a definitive statement of fact about any person. **Changes to the Service.** Because the Service depends on a third-party platform we do not control, we may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. --- ## 4. Your account and your Instagram credentials To use certain features you may create a Ghostegro account and optionally connect your Instagram account. - **We never ask for and never store your Instagram password.** Where you connect your Instagram account, the Service stores an encrypted session token only, used solely to read your own data on your behalf. See Section 3 of the Privacy Policy for detail. - You are responsible for keeping your device and your account credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. - You must notify us immediately at **info@beivorstech.com** if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. - We recommend that you do not jailbreak your device. Removing the restrictions imposed by iOS may expose your device to malware, compromise its security features, and cause the App to malfunction or stop working entirely. - You may connect only an Instagram account that you own or are lawfully authorised to manage. --- ## 5. Acceptable use You agree to use the Service lawfully, for **personal, non-commercial purposes only**, and in a way that respects other people. You must not: - use the Service to **stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, defame, monitor or surveil any person**, or to build a profile of another individual without their knowledge and consent; - use the Service to access, analyse or monitor an Instagram account that is not your own and that you are not authorised to manage; - use the Service to collect, compile, publish or resell information about other people, or to create any database or list from data obtained through the Service; - attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, other users' accounts, or any connected system; - copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the App, or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; - distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent or resell the App, or make its functionality available to multiple users by any means; - use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, emulators or modified clients to access the Service, or attempt to circumvent any rate limit, security measure or paywall; - transmit malware, harmful code, or anything designed to disrupt or damage the Service; - use the Service in any way that violates Instagram's terms, any applicable law, or the rights of any third party. **Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund.** --- ## 6. Licence Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Beivors grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to download and install one copy of the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, and to run that copy for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The App, its source code, design, user interface, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, databases and all other content are owned by Beivors or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you. --- ## 7. Subscriptions, pricing and payment Ghostegro is free to download and offers a limited set of features at no cost. The price shown in the App at the moment of purchase is the price that applies. ### 7.2 Terms that apply to all subscriptions - Payment is charged to your **Apple ID account** at confirmation of purchase. - Your subscription **renews automatically** unless auto-renewal is turned off at least **24 hours before the end of the current period**. - Your account is charged for renewal **within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period**, at the price of the selected plan. - You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your **Apple ID Account Settings** after purchase: **Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions**, or at [https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions](https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). - Deleting the App does **not** cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID account settings. - If a **free trial** is offered, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically into a paid subscription. ### 7.3 Refunds All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Beivors cannot issue refunds directly. You may request a refund at [https://reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com) or by following the instructions at [https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084). If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Türkiye, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal in relation to digital content. Where you expressly request immediate access to the paid features and acknowledge that you thereby lose that right, the right of withdrawal may not apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence. --- ## 8. Third-party services The Service relies on third-party providers, each with its own terms and privacy policy, including Apple (distribution and payments), Adapty (subscription management), Adjust (attribution), Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, notifications) and our hosting provider. The App may also contain links to third-party websites. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of any third party. You use them at your own risk. Certain features require an active internet connection. We are not responsible for the App failing to work fully where you have no Wi-Fi or mobile data. If you use the App outside Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile operator's terms continue to apply and you remain responsible for any data or roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission to use the App. --- ## 9. Termination You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from **Settings → Account → Delete Account** in the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with immediate effect and without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, if required to do so by law or by Apple, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes technically or commercially unviable. On termination, the licence granted in Section 6 ends and you must stop using the App and remove it from your device. Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination. --- ## 10. Disclaimer of warranties **The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind**, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that any defect will be corrected, or that the results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable. We depend on Instagram to make data available and we do not control that platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. --- ## 11. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beivors, its directors, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the above, Beivors is not liable for: any action taken by Instagram or Meta against your account, including restriction, suspension or deletion; the accuracy or completeness of data obtained from Instagram; or any use another person makes of information you obtained through the Service. **Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us through the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty United States dollars (USD 50).** Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected. --- ## 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beivors and its directors, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party. --- ## 13. Apple-specific terms The following applies where you obtained the App from the Apple App Store: - These Terms are concluded between you and Beivors only, **not with Apple**. Beivors, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. - Your use of the App must comply with the App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules. - Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. - In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. - Beivors, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and third-party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights. - You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. - **Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.** Where you have not entered into a separate agreement with us, Apple's **Licensed Application End User License Agreement** also applies to your use of the App: [https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Where these Terms conflict with that agreement, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted. --- ## 14. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Republic of Türkiye**, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. If you are a **consumer**, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or Consumer Courts up to the applicable monetary thresholds. Consumers in the EEA may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms. --- ## 15. General - **Entire agreement.** These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beivors regarding the Service and supersede any prior understanding. - **Severability.** If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. - **No waiver.** Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. - **Assignment.** You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. - **Notices.** We may give notice by email, by posting in the App, or by posting on the page where these Terms are published. - **Language.** These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience; in the event of a conflict, the English version prevails, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. --- ## 16. Changes to these Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and publish the revised Terms at the same address. If the change is material, we will notify you in the App before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account. --- ## 17.
